Terms
The short version: try it free for a week, pay yearly or once, use it on the Macs your licence covers, and if it isn't right for you in the first 14 days, you get your money back.
The free week
iFiley is free for seven days, counted from the first file it catches, and you don't need a card. When the week is up, filing stops until you buy. Nothing you've filed is moved or touched.
Your licence
A licence covers one Mac. Family covers up to five Macs in one household. Move it to a new Mac whenever you like by deactivating the old one in Settings. Please keep keys inside your household.
Yearly or once
Yearly renews each year until you cancel, and we email you 7 days before it does. Cancel any time and iFiley keeps working until the year you paid for is out. Paid once is yours to keep, with every update to iFiley 1.
Refunds
If iFiley isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of a payment, whether it's your first purchase or a yearly renewal, and we'll refund it in full. No form, no questions. When a refund goes through, that licence key stops working. It's one refund per customer: buy again after a refund and that purchase is yours to keep. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply on top of this, and nothing here takes them away.
Your files
iFiley moves and renames files where you tell it to, and Undo puts them back. Keep backups of anything that matters, as you would with any app that handles your files.
Fair use
Don't resell keys or try to get around the licence check. If a key is being shared publicly, we can switch it off, and we'll tell you first.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes too, and customers hear about anything that affects them by email before it applies.
The fine print
iFiley is sold by petersindex, an independent developer in Australia, and these terms are governed by Australian law. Questions go to [email protected].
